Leave the journey behind. Begin to slow down.
Your experience begins with a welcome ritual and an Alpine herbal infusion, followed by a Foot Ritual with natural salt and essential oils in the Mediterranean bath, a 50-minute Breath of the Dolomites aromatic massage, a relaxing evening Aufguss and Sound Healing with Tibetan singing bowls.
MONDAY — EARTH
Feel grounded. Restore balance.
A salt scrub in the steam bath, followed by a 50-minute Head-to-Toe Massage with our signature oils and a sauna ritual with balsamic essences.
TUESDAY — WATER
Hydration. Lightness.
A guided Kneipp experience begins the day, followed by your choice of a 90-minute hydrating apple body treatment or a 75-minute oxygenating facial.
Afterwards, Zero Gravity Relax allows the feeling of weightlessness and deep relaxation to linger a little longer.
WEDNESDAY — LIGHT
Energy. Radiance. Presence.
Begin with your choice of a 75-minute Eternal Youth Anti-Ageing Facial or a 90-minute detoxifying body treatment.
As evening approaches, a wellness aperitivo accompanies the changing light.

Let the feeling linger beyond your stay.
Before departure, a personal wellness consultation brings the journey to a close, with thoughtful guidance and simple rituals to continue at home.
