By paying the tourist tax (€ 2.50 and compulsory from 14 years of age up to a maximum of 10 days), all our hotel guests receive two cards: the Fiemme and the Trentino Guest Card.

The Fiemme Cembra Guest Card is one of two Trentino cards that gives you access to a myriad of activities and services during your holiday in Val di Fiemme.
Validity:
Spring: 25-27 April, 1-4 May and then from 16 May to 15 June at weekends
Summer: daily from 16 June to 14 September
Autumn: 19 September to 12 or 19 October at weekends
The card allows you to:
- Get the Summer Card at the lifts of Val di Fiemme from June,14 to September, 21 from 20 euro per adult, children (2017-2021) are free with each paying adult, if not accompanied they pay 50%; Juniors (2007/2016) 30% reduction. This summer card gives you access to the chairlifts and cable cars to reach the high-altitude paradises during your stay, if you spend here at least 2 nights.
Every day you can choose among one of these lifts: Alpe Cermis, Latemar Pampeago, Latemar Predazzo, Bellamonte-Castelir. * The service is valid for a round trip on 1 of the open lift area every day.
Lifts opening: Pampeago 14/6 – 28/9; Latemar 14/6 – 14/9; Bellamonte 14/6 – 14/9; Cermis from 21/6 to 21/09.
NEW 2025: The Summer card will be a benefit enjoyed free of charge by our hotel guests who stay at least 5 nights during the validity of the card.
- Free transport in Fiemme Valley, with trains, shuttle buses, and services on call.
- Free admission to the Palace of the Magnificent Community of Fiemme, the Geological Museum of the Dolomites and the Natural Park of Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino.
- Excursions with Alpine guides, naturalistic guides, guided tours, food and wine tastings, and many other activities.
- Discounts of 30% on many activities and services in the valley.
- Weekly program of activities.
The Fiemme Guest card in winter becomes the Winter Card, with a different programme to suit the guests of the Val di Fiemme, always at the centre of their passions.

Relax in piena armonia:
Al fine di offrire un’esperienza rigenerante e preservare un’atmosfera di pace e relax, a partire dal 22 giugno 2025 dalle ore 16.00 alle 19.30 l’accesso al centro benessere è riservato esclusivamente a ospiti maggiori di 14 anni.
I bambini fino a 13 anni possono accedere all’area piscina e Infinity pool fino alle 16:00 sempre accompagnati e seguiti attivamente da un adulto.
Prenotazione obbligatoria – i trattamenti del mattino vanno prenotati entro le ore 19:30 del giorno precedente
